- Before selecting the copier machine, first we should know the work volume per day, based on that we have to choose the speed of the machine. for example: if our work volume is between 300-600 pages per day we have to choose 20 / 22 ppm machine, if our work volume is between 600 – 1200 pages per day we have to choose 25 / 26 ppm machine, if our work volume is between 1200-2500 pages per day we have to choose 30 / 35 /36 ppm machine, like these we have to choose the models
- We should choose the copier machine features according to our needs, like if we have multiple system we have to choose the copier machine which supports network. If we are running a small business and using 1or2 pcs we can choose usb wired device. If we are having wifi router we have choose the machine which supports WiFi
- Another Importing thing is that OS support in the copier machine plays important role. Latest technology machine supports from window 10 only. If you have windows 98, you have to change the os in your pc.
- If you have mac device / mac os, you have to choose the machine which support mac os. All the models will not support mac os.
- Also we have to choose the machine accessories according to your needs, like machine with RADF / platen cover, single tray / double tray / 4 trays, with duplex or without duplex, color scan / mono scan, etc
- If we are going to take maximum black & white job, then don’t go with color copier machine, better select mono copier itself. Because in color copier machine copy cost will be too high when compare to mono copier machine.
- Never go with cheap and best products. Because cheapest machine never serves you as best. Best products never give you cheap price.
- Try a combo pack along with copier machine, if you are a jobber you can earn a better income in all the products, for example along with the copier you can choose a color printer, lamination, spiral binding, paper cutter etc.
